Passionate about helping you
find your strength.

My name is Dayna! I am a Registered Psychologist that specializes in mind-body approaches to promote wellness, stress-recovery, and trauma healing. I have training in various mindfulness-based and somatic therapies to help with nervous system regulation. I work with adults navigating challenges, including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, codependency, and life transitions. I have worked with youth, families, and adults, in a range of mental health-related settings since 2013.

My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and supported while we work through patterns that no longer serve you. I often support clients coping with family conflict, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, insomnia, and relationship issues. I also have a commitment to affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring identity, gender, or body image.
