Passionate about helping you
find your strength.

I'm Dayna, a Registered Psychologist who integrates mind-body approaches to support healing, stress-recovery, and overall well-being. I often support clients coping with family conflict, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, lifestyle adjustments, and relationship issues. I also have a commitment to affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring identity, gender, or body image. I bring curiosity and care to understanding how your environment, relationships, and history have shaped your inner world.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be fully seen and supported while we work through patterns that no longer serve you. I work with adults navigating challenges, including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, mood concerns, burnout, complex trauma, and life transitions.

I do this work out of respect for human resilience and the change that can occur when someone truly feels safe and supported. With 10+ years of experience, I've worked with people in a variety of mental health settings, and am continually inspired by the courage, tenderness, and depth clients can bring to the process. I look forward to working with you!
