I am a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience helping diverse populations overcome mental health challenges. My skills were refined at a non-profit serving youth and families in social services, and through providing inpatient care at Alberta Children’s Hospital. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and have practical experience as a Family Counsellor in a young adult inpatient unit at Foothills Medical Centre. I completed my clinical hours as a Counselling Resident at Calgary Counselling Centre and worked with clients of all ages. I specialize in trauma with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions and grief/loss.
