I am a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience in helping diverse populations overcome mental health challenges. I refined my skills at a non-profit organization serving youth and families in social services, and by providing inpatient care at Alberta Children’s Hospital.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My practical experience includes working as a Family Counsellor in a young adult inpatient unit at Foothills Medical Centre. I completed my clinical hours as a Counselling Resident at Calgary Counselling Centre, where I worked with clients of all ages.

I specialize in trauma, with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and grief/loss.
