Passionate about helping you
find your strength.
I'm Dayna, a Registered Psychologist who integrates mind-body approaches to support healing, stress-recovery, and overall well-being. I support clients coping with burnout, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I have a commitment to affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring identity or gender. I work with adults navigating challenges, including ADHD, OCD, anxiety, mood struggles, complex trauma, and life transitions.
My style is calm, collaborative, and respectful of your lived experiences. I bring curiosity and care to understanding how your environment, relationships, and history have shaped your inner world. I strive to offer a safe and non-judgmental space while we improve your emotional regulation strategies, find balance, and work through patterns that no longer serve you.
My goal is to help you recognize that you don’t have to walk this path alone. I'm here to support you as you take the courageous step toward healing from painful life experiences and creating the life you deserve. Reach out today to book a free 15 minutes consultation. I look forward to working with you!
